The Cleveland chapter of Worldwide Institute of of Software Architects (WWISA) was founded by the local members to facilitate interaction among area architects. The goal of the chapter is to become area's premier organization promoting software architecture concepts and techniques. Its reach should extend beyond its members and encompass majority of Northeast Ohio's companies and IT professionals. The organization's goal is to become a recognized leader in software architecture thought and practices. If you would like to receive an invitation to the monthly meetings, please submit your e-mail below.

Membership and Benefits
Members are expected to gain significant benefits from participating in the chapter. Outside of various educational and networking opportunities, members will be engaged in stimulating discussions and will have a chance to land consulting projects with area companies. They will be given a chance to speak at the chapter meetings, participate in roundtable panels, and publish articles in a newsletter. The Cleveland WWISA will stimulate members' exposure to a wide-ranging audience and allow them to gain prominence and recognition. To become WWISA member or to view the membership benefits, visit the organization's membership page.

    Associations
The Cleveland charter of WWISA is affiliated with the nationwide organization. Its goal, like the American Institute of Architects, is to work toward the establishment of the profession of software architecture, promote formal academic degrees in software architecture, and advance the software construction industry to new levels. In the interim, WWISA members will assist each other, guide the tool builders and researchers, and give their customers increased confidence and hope.
